| This pub has been recently taken over by new landlord, visited it on a Sunday dinnertime. Three real ales on which were well kept and usual range of lager and cider, a good "no frills" pub at the top end of the village. beershot - 5 Jul 2011 17:47 |

| Quite basic, but good, friendly, honest service. We went in there when we had to wait for a cab to take us back to where we were staying, after having been refused a second drink at the Bugle Inn down the road, who were shutting a good ten minutes before closing time, and whose manager was very hostile and abrupt. The other punters were friendly, and the barman here certainly made us feel much more welcome than the manager at the Bugle Inn had! Fi_McT - 8 Sep 2008 19:41 |
