Planning application for conversion to flats says it will retain pub on the ground floor - although being cynical I dont think the people who buy one of the swanky new conversion flats above will want a pub on the ground floor and so it will remain empty

Sold for £920,000 - watch out for conversion into flats shortly - another loss to the local SE5 area
