It is now closed, I went last year and it did seem a bit rubbish , so not Surprised! Henners - 4 Oct 2012 10:07 |
Cafe-bar type of establishment with a decent selection of draught beers and plenty of bottled options too. The place seemed to be undergoing some sort of renovation, unless the rather unkempt state is a permanent feature. Service was a little surly. But the stout I tried was one of the best beers I sampled in Copenhagen. Only the Mikkeller bar trumped it. Note the bar does not open on Sundays or Mondays. blue_scrumpy - 17 Nov 2011 19:52 |
A first-class little bar with a good selection of draught beers (mostly Danish, from what I could decipher from the handwritten labels) and a really relaxed atmosphere. As noted below, they will happily offer you a taste before you buy. I enjoyed a glass of the dark brown Grauballe Mosebryg ale (which I found out as I was leaving comes from a brewery strangely located near where they discovered a well-preserved body from a peat bog...). rpadam - 18 Jun 2009 21:10 |
In recent years modern beerbars have flourished in Copenhagen. Plan B is among the finest representative of this welcoming trend and got the "copenhagen prize" for for the best caf/bar in 2004. Delicious food (try their salad and cheese), real ales on tap and bottle and very friendly staff. I was offered a sip of their ales before buying. During my stay I could sample beers from Denmark, USA, Sweden and the Baltic. rune - 2 Jan 2006 13:10 |
