| For a short time this used to be quite upmarket. These days though it's a real dive and best avoided. The last time I went in there you could smell the bogs even as you opened the front door - I walked out immediately! | It's a great pub, stunning entrance room, kind of 'mock castle' but not cheesy, in fact god knows when it was built as it feels really authentic! Often filled with the young, but still a lovely pub, they do the most incredible cheesy chips! edb543 - 5 Jan 2006 16:25 |
