This pub books local band and then the land lady fins any excuse not to pay leaving local musicians out of pocket after they have made a lot of money from them.

This is one of the better modern pubs with friendly staff, lots of space and regular music & quiz nights. It also boasts 3 pool tables and sports TV. I've been there a few times and have enjoyed the evening.

Good local community pub where the Landlord and Landlady are always around to welcome you which can be quite rare these days. Food good but the bar prices are a little expensive. Always busy for the Quiz Night on a Thursday.
