Love it. A bit pricey but that's expected with a chain really. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. And they remember you!!! Pleasant atmosphere generally and theres a good mix of people in there. All ages and types. Older couples, tourists, students, work buddies! They serve good food too. Wednesday night is good also with a keyboard player who is pretty damn good! See if you can guess what he's playing!!!!!! city.bird - 12 Jul 2007 01:20
Really thin and dark, hard to tell what to make of it. littlewilliebrompton - 13 Jul 2006 03:08
A one of the chain, so quite like all the others if you've been to one, you will find it familiar. Not too bad, one of the better "bars" in York. Yes prices are high, but surroundings are good (nice view over river) drinks are well looked after + served, and I have been impressed by the food in the past. alistair_cross - 5 Feb 2006 19:06
