| 10 September 2008 called in the Pilot today for lunch . Fantastic value - couldnt quite believe it but true. Two meals - (I chose cod peas and chips and my wife had scampi peas and chips )- plus free bottle of wine - under £13!! | The Pilot Is Reopened!!! We visited the "The Pilot" on July 29th, 2007 while attempting to drink "The Mumbles Mile." The new proprietor is a terrific hostess and we found her pub to be very inviting with a really fun crowd. All of her ales and bitters were top notch.
