| We stayed at Jacks Tapas Bar having visited the website and been impressed by the written description and photos of the rooms. When we arrived things were very different. It was dirty, dingy and downright seedy, not what we expected at all. Rooms were furnished with what can only be described as old beds and worn out mattresses - we had springs poking through ours. The bathroom was also filthy and bedding and towells did not smell nice. When we complained the response was not sympathetic or helpful, but very abrupt and rude: we were told "No one else has complained before, you vote with your feet, if you dont like it, dont come again".
