| Heaving with atmoshpere, good beer, hearty protions (especially Sunday lunch) - in all, a great 'olde worlde' pub - with the history to back it up. Been with work colleagues (with overseas guests) and with my very young family, and it catered well for both. Ask about the dungeon dining room for that special occcasion! Good walk to the rear.
