| I am happy to say the Pipers Arms has now re-opened! I last visited this pub about 2 years ago and having heard that they had re-opened I was curious to see what it was like. WOW what a transformation! There'a now an atmosphere in here, great staff I was made to feel very welcome. I also discovered they now do food. My partner and I decided to give it a try and were very impressed, all cooked fresh and did not have to wait either. They also have live music at the weekends and a quiz night on a Tuesday which is free to enter with a £50 prize! We shall be visiting this pub regularly and would recommend to anyone who enjoys good food, drink and real ale, with an atmoshere to boot! razey25 - 3 Oct 2008 20:39 |

| Place is in the doldrums at the moment, which is a shame. One of too few places in Old Town with live music every weekend. Looks as if it's constantly being done up, get that finished and we'll see. 3 or 4 real ales, standard selection all round. SW6 - 8 Nov 2007 13:18 |
