| Free house with well kept Skinners, Sharps, Smiths, Guinness etc. Good food lunchtimes and evenings at sensible prices. Specials are really tasty. Dog and child friendly, large patio (in the sun !!). Friendly staff and locals. Only 400 yds from the bridge. 10/10 Pubs_I_Like - 29 May 2008 16:27 |
| I like the Globe. It sits about 100 metres North of the bridge which seems to put off 99% of Looe's wallowing tourists. Skinners rule the roost with Betty Stogs and Cornish Knocker on tap. | Another pub like it should be(Right Opposite the train station). Nice and friendly service. Three ales on tap including 2 from Skinner's which made a change from the widespread doombar in looe. Couple of outside benches 4 the summer months. My Rating 7/10 fat_beer_badger - 8 May 2006 13:31 |
