| Beer is cheap but if your a lager drinker you have the choice of Alpine or....erm.....Alpine, which is a poor lager as well. Darts and pool available and does a regular quiz. Bar staff are very friendly and we ended up having a good session there, even though we were meant to move on after a quick pint or 2, and ended up dispelling the view they had that Southerners can't drink! hadleighhammer - 12 Jan 2007 19:44 |

| Called in here on my tour of the outskirts of the town but went into the front bar this time, very spacey not many in beer was as good as before and Sam Smiths is cheap. Sat on a very busy corner staff chatty big outside area woth a visit. postiebob - 5 Jul 2006 14:47 |
