| Smart bar and friendly service, upmarket feel about the place and the prices(unfortunately) but thats what you get in the heart of the Arcadian area, since Oneills closed all near by bars have high prices. Must say tho good lager selection here and nice crowd seaman_max - 3 Jul 2007 16:27 |
| Went in there last week and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff and customers were. Even to a cockney git like me, am used to people in other parts of the country being a bit hostile to Londoners, so this was a nice change. Beer was alright, can't really go wrong with Grolsch can you? Saw one of the worst bands in history, think they were called the Vehicles. Don't think any of the band members had met each other before. But all in all, a smashing gaff. It might have helped that I got it together with the girl of my dreams that night. | It's got a fantastic atmosphere, trendy decor and attracts a friendly, trendy crowd. It has a late licence and plays unique a unique mixture on the decks. It seems there is a relaxed dress code too so you can go in your jeans and trainers on a Saturday night, though everyone tends to look glammed up. Oh and the food is exquisite!!!
