| I used to like this pub when it was known as the Board, at that time swearing in moderation was allowed (see next comment from anon) and the barstools would then be used as missiles occasionally. Getting old is of course not avoidable. Social exclusion of foul mouthed oiks is not universal just yet, thankfully, after all they (we?!) probaly provide a lot of the services you use. PS its a pub. | The best red wine in this part of Carlisle - shame about the oiks swearing as they played the fruit machine which drove us out, and this was in the early afternoon.
