| Maybe they can turn it back into a gay pub. But this time by people who know what they are doing, and employ staff who are friendly. The cliquey atmosphere and certain stuck up staff members (deluded when you see they had no reason to be)ruined this gay venue. I can't comment on it in recent years, as never went back when it turned into a chav pub, and with good reason reading recent reviews! Wimbledon desperately needs a gay or gay friendly pub. | chav pub now, stay clear unless you like getting into fights with spotty 17yr olds e'd up. also i think it's ran by gypo's who don't have a clue about owning a pub, the record to date is 4 police cars, 2 police vans and an ambulance. yeehaaa don't ya love street entertainment...... behemoth - 31 May 2006 15:15 |
