The licence has now been shut again - and thank goodness. I've just read through the Police reports on the Merton Council website. http://www.merton.gov.uk/democratic_services/ds-agendas/ds-reports/7471.pdf I knew from walking past that this place wasn't the kind of place to go to, but frankly this place just sounded nasty. bods - 23 May 2008 16:50
Local goverment are due to close this place down after riot police were called there on Friday 7th March, seems that the pub is just a front for other activities! Graveyard_Shift - 15 Mar 2008 03:50
Whats happened to this venue, was a gr8 "gay" venue with gr8 entertainment. Is it still open, will it ever be "gay" again? anonymous - 13 Oct 2007 14:24
Walked past this pub around 11pm on a Saturday night. Was greeted by the site of a bunch of mostly underage drinkers filling the pavement, complete with a two people urinating next to the wheelie bins. Looks lovely. bods - 8 May 2007 11:57
