| Dear oh dear - i suppose the underclass need somewhere to go and fight (that will be when Yates is too busy)and the only plus point was the toilet was clean - but it wouldn't flush!! | LOOK HOW MANY MAILS ARE FROM THEIR PR/MARKETING DEPT BELOW, it will take more than a lick of paint to polish this rotten turd, its the same venue, the same staff, the same music, the same rubbish food (my friend was mad enough to try it again and they waiting over an hour for the mains only then to be cold and wrong) it has the same bar and prices and fights! | Chicago Rock Cafe Banbury is an excellent pub with very friendly staff who always make you feel welcome. Most drinks are under 2 pounds during the day and not much more in the evenings which is great value for Banbury. The recent refurbishment has rejuvenated the venue with a much more modern feel. The pub also has an extensive and varied food menu which is well priced. Top this off with a late license and a variety of music to cater for all tastes and this venue shouldn't be absent from any pub crawl. It has to be one of the best pubs i've been in and my life will not be the same without it and i'm talking from the perspective of a patron. ol2007 - 31 Jul 2007 14:26 |
