we went in for a meal , drawn in by the board out side advertising food to find that they werent serving any , my partner and i did stay though did not finish our drinks the staff seemed to be openly discussing other customers in a manner that made us very uncomfortable. All in all an unpleasnt experience.

A happening pub with two ales available - Ringwood Fortyniner which was excellent and SN Spitfire. Takes the gold medal for the shortest served pints I have ever seen. One old boy was given a glass with a one third head on it and did not complain. We asked for a top up and still got them back half an inch short. This may be accepted practice up north but I expect better in Sandhurst.

Lots of scaffolding outside but it's definitely open. A nicely furbished pub with comfy chairs, only one real ale on, Bombardier, well kept.

The only pub that has really made me feel welcome. The Land Lady and bar staff are exellent. The people who drink there are friendly and chatty and there is no atmosphere when a 'stranger' walks in.
I have visited regularly - never had a bad pint and it's always clean.
I can't comment on the food - but it looks well-priced with a good Sunday Roast Special!

We go occasionally and find the pub friendly and welcoming.
Good beer (Brakspears) and food looks appetising although not tried yet. Recently opened pool room nice addition for the summer.
