user reviews of the James Brindley, Birmingham

not bad. Nice location etc, as said below no ale so a Guinness was in order, which went down a treat. Staff were friendly enough, it's nothing spectacular but if you're in that part of town it's not one to avoid.

pub is quieter than i expected as it is in a great location.
food was fantastic, and although it was quiet the backgroud music on low volume made it a plesent expierence, somewhere you can go and 'hear yourself think'
no real ale at this pub, but a nice pint of worthingtons was offered instead.
a pleasent afternoon out, would like to visit this pub on an evening to see the night atmosphere.
