| Excellant pub. Stopped here for dinner and a pint a few months ago. Had fish and chips. Served quickly and food well cooked. Fish had to be put on top of the chips and salad you got that much for your money. Landlord was very friendly. Do not live in that area but would spend a lot of time in that pub if i did. | Food is really nice. great choice especially the vegetarian selections, they also do a range of homemade pies and an extensive lunch menu. | Went back here for the 1st time in nearly 3 years, has changed a bit because they have done the place up a bit. The food is still just as good, i had a sunday roast which they do for £6.95, they now do a breakfast 8am till 11am. They have a separate smoking and non-smoking section, a games room and they do allow children. Also a car park at the rear.
