| not to bad a pub,but gets crowded,nice outside area for sunny days. good real ales The other day I got a bad pint and took it back to the bar,the barmaid said its supposed to taste like that,I informed her that I was a member of CAMRA and knew my ales,but she still insisted that I was wrong. I could not complain to the manager as he was not available,so I bought a pint of different ale,which was on top form, I wish they would teach barstaff more about the product they sell. hangarman2k - 4 Jul 2009 18:01 |

| Pub quiz on a thursday, fortnightly. It's not too easy though - and more aimed at older people. Bit smokey in here, and busy - so you'd need to get there earlier to get a table of some description. Lager selection is a bit limited to Stella, Harp or Kilt. budda - 2 Mar 2006 16:53 |
