Weird place this - full of rockers and old school bikers and goths but I just weirdly love it. Despite all the people who look like they have walked out of an Iggy Pop gig circa 1989 it has a great atmosphere and if you get bored you can always count the body piercings on display. Have never seen any trouble here although the other week early on a Saturday night the bouncer would not let me enter by the side door and I had to go through the front which was weird as there was about ten people in there. overall though, excellent!

I was kicked out of here over 10 years ago for filling a novelty water pistol (Squirty Bird) full of stale bitter and sparying a few barmaids. They generously allowed me to finish my pint before going and therefore earned my greatest undying respect. Good crowd, old decor, only a short walk from the institution that is Mr Ram's Kebabs.

Reasonable pub to listen to a bit of rock/goth, cheap (if poor) beer, and some entertainment in the form of daily druggy rows.

Nice pub just outside of the town centre. decent drink prices, and a jukebox full of rock music.
