| Just to let everyone know that this pub is under new management. And oh my god what a change. They have changed the exterior to give it a warmer more welcoming feeling and knocked down the old grotty toilets and replaced them with a whole new toilet block. Beers are great, there was a selection of Adnams, Doombar, Nethergate Essex boader and Earl Soham Albert Ale when we went, aparently they have 2 guest beers on most weeks but tend to keep the Adnams and Doombar most of the time. We didnt eat but all the food that came out looked and smelt really good and the prices seem very reasonable. All in all a proper country pub that has been given a much needed makeover.
