Lovely Bathams beer at a really good price. We had a matching round of drinks for four people which was almost four pounds cheaper than the Princess just down the road. An old fashioned friendly drinkers pub. Nice beer garden.

Top quality Batham's bitter and mild. Cheese and ham cobs. A very pleasant lunchtime, good service, friendly atmosphere.

Good pub with good beer.

It was my first visit and I really enjoyed this friendly local - the best one I had visited on my Stourbridge and Wolleston crawl. There was friendly banter with me as a stranger, and with the lady behind the bar. The garden has to be seen - if I hadn't a train to catch I could have sat out there all afternoon.

This pub is my local, I only visit it about seven days a week. It sells quality real ale in Bathams Mild & Bitter. The beer is generally good, but not always, and the prices very reasonable. It is a typical beer drinkers pub with a beer garden which is very popular in the Summer. Unfortunately the gents urinals are not very hygenic and could do with repairing, where vandals have broken the flushing mechanism. Dogs and children can be pestiferous. Well worth a visit
