I have to agree 100% with Roger Pepper - and I don't even like football!

No review for a while, but still the best local in the area. Possibly the only local. Beer is not what you'd call great but is not expensive. Food straightforward, and a great pub for tv sport. An essential pub in the area.

Great pub. Whenever i visit Sheff, this is where i seem to end up for a couple of pints. great mix, good staff, half decent beer and no pretentions of grandeur or menus with pan fried protein with chive mash and a tian of gnatschuff

This is a nice local boozer. Friendly staff, good beer but starting to look a little dated now. When you just want a quiet pint or somewhere with a beer garden its perfect. You can watch the footy on the massive upstairs screens which is always a bonus
