| Went in the Black Dog for the first time in years. The staff are friendly, and prompt. The food was very good, plentyful, well presented and hot. | A lovely looking pub, with Friendly, helpful staff. This pub seems to generate crowds of all ages, which is why it gets very busy, especially on weekends. Great live music :-). jellybean25 - 26 Feb 2007 08:53 |
| One of the "proper" pubs in Weymouth. There is real ale available usually including an offering from the local Quay brewery. Service is prompt and friendly and beer prices are below the average. Can be noisy at weekends when bands are playing (but those bands can be good!)Recorded music tends to be "Indie".
