| I visited Joe Daflo’s for the first time last week as I was watching a play at the Mayflower Theatre (which is straight opposite). I must say it is pretty impressive. | No real ales, but a fair selection of wines. Mainly an eating place rather than a bar. Opposite the Mayflower Theatre, so popular with theatre goers. Maybe a little pricey, but the building is very nice and it's been fairly tastefully renovated. fishter - 5 Apr 2006 20:04 |
| im afraid i have to disagree with Doctor Evil. Great place, fantastic food and atmosphere. one of the very few places not invaded by the loud and drunk student of southampton. ideal for catching up with people as you can talk with out the loud music. staff are polite and friendly. would definitely recommend it. anonymous - 9 Oct 2005 22:05 |
