| Best Pub in Chorlton. It's always busy, even on a week night early doors. Interior nicely scruffy Fantastic real ale (big range of Marble and a few guests) Decent range of bottles - Belgian favourites Chimay, Duvel etc) They're even dog friendly Scottie_chorlton - 10 Mar 2008 18:44 |
| Guardian reading crowd of a certain age. Being a Guardian reader of a certain age, this wasn't really a problem for me. | A nice bar, good atmos even though the people are a little skitish, I went in there with a friend of mine who is a bit of an ale can and he scared nearly everyone in the place, but the bar staff still had a laff with it. The beer on tap aint to hot but the bottled stuff is good value and a good range.
