| Well actually the pub APPEARS to have been cleaned up .The manager is a decent man and also the lady that appears to be his partner . Unfortunatelly the other bar staff turn a blind eye when they are not in the building and just laugh it off. The food is excellent and the chef a pleasant gentleman who is always cheerful . | I think the last post of 28/11/06 is rather harsh. I have been going to this pub since the middle of November 2006 and it is a nice pub, and the staff are friendly. The manager has done wonders, as the pub had a bad reputation in the past, but it's image has been cleaned up considerably. There is entertainment, and the locals are friendly.
