| Another fantastic Real ale festival going on as I post this... Runs 13th - 29th March 2015. Set up in a marquee in the garden. We sampled around 5 beers, with the two memorable ones being Rudgate Milk Stout (4.2% abv) and a really heft pale ale originally from South Africa (brewed as a guest by Batemans) Shongweni Durban Pale ale (5.7% abv). | Another great beer!!! Jack D’Or or Saison Americain... Lovely hoppy beer @ 6.5 abv - very bitter... When I tried this on a Tuesday night in November 2013 every table was occupied...
