| another great tuesday night at the Tart. quiz night great atmosphere, they now serve scrumpy the only pub in basingstoke alongside Pride and Hobgoblin. tried the Black Rock Grill ribeye and it was stunning at £8.95 has to be the best seats in b/stoke. | Maybe we were unlucky but we arrived during a 21st birthday party so the music was ear-splittingly loud. In truth there wasn't much to recommend the place anyway: one cask ale that tasted very average and a food menu that was about double the price of the nearby Maidenhead Arms (Wetherspoon).
