| Popped in here on NYE for a beer before the main event...pleasantly surprised to have a low-key evening with a band who played hackneyed numbers but were unimposing- nice...spacious and no crowds and demand that we pay an extortionate entrance fee a la Greedy King....3 ales, although uninspriring, but included a Sussex at least....not bad at all alezilla - 1 Jan 2012 21:12 |

| Pub situated close to Bramber Castle. This proved an ideal spot for some lunch and a drink on a Sunday afternoon. Plenty of real ales on, including the Sussex Bitter which was fine.
