Find it hard to take any positives about this place the beer was 2.80 a pint and it has lovely Landscape Photograph of Brighton Pier/Beach along one wall.
The other hand its a rough scummy pub full of riff raff with music so loud you cant even talk without shouting. 1 Real Ale.
Not forgetting the rabbit in its hutch.
On Par with the Jamaica Inn not far away

Lovely home cooked food, friendly staff, top notch beer. Don't miss the wonderful landscape photograph of Brighton along the wall of the lounge bar, with the 'find the double decker bus' logo above it. Have studied this so many times, but yet to find it.

Good little local (recently started working down the road) with a varied food menu. Quiz Night every Sunday with a jackpot of about 150 running at mo IMR (can't attend meself cos I run my own quiz night at another venue on the same night)

Very quiet on a recent afternoon visit. Friendly enough but nothing special.
