| took my girlfriend to this bar for a meal. Have to say not very good, expensive mediocre food, drink very expensive, more expensive than any other bar i've been to in eastbourne. There are better places to go won't be recommending jamesgornall - 6 Oct 2008 00:13 |
| Had dinner here this weekend, unfortunately this place is over hyped. The food is OK a bit pretentous the main course was very bland and under seasoned. The staff in this bar have changed, not for the better the restaurant staff need some training in customer service the supervisor was not very useful. wont be eating here again or recommending it! schandler - 15 Sep 2008 17:47 |
| I was a bit disappointed with this pub - menu looked quite good - although a bit limited for vegetarians, hence when they ran out of the one dish my son could eat we struggled to find alternatives. Even their chips and potato wedges are cooked with the meat (although credit to them for being truthful about this) and they wouldn't serve a half portion of another dish either. In the end I did enjoy what I ordered but was left feeling like we were a nuisance despite being some of the only customers in the place. Wouldn't go again. mrsmonkey - 30 Jul 2008 20:57 |
