The pub would best suit football/sport fans, several large HD plasma screens doted around the place, projector at the back. Above average service, polite etc. Reasonable prices. Typical working class type pub, although not rough.

I eat there quite frequently, they serve good food, great all day breakfast, although perhaps the chef should opt for slightly better quality sausages. The place does get very crowded at times and you can hardly hear yourself think. Not for everyone, but on a quiet day pretty nice place.

Called in here last night to watch the Chelsea vs Barca game and was suprised to see 3 new handpumps on the bar. There were two ales on, Bombardier and Deuchars. I asked for a pint of the Bombardier. The girl serving had little or no idea how to serve the beer but after a request for a top up (she tried to serve me a pint with a 2 inch head) I found the quality to be surprisingly good. A major step forwards for this pub if not for Chelsea. I'm going to have to up my rating by a point or two. Keep it going guys.

Medium sized, square shaped Litten Tree, with some comfy seats to the left hand side of the door. A massive array of tasteless fizz on the bar but no real ale. Sterile, mass produced, city centre blandness. Don't bother.

As a frequent visitor to the UK I have to say what a great place this is! The Manager, was a very nice young lady, Laura I think her name was; was efficient, friendly and welcoming! Her staff were great and the food and service were real good! I recommend this bar to all my associates and any other American's visiting the city should check this place out. Well done to y'all! Keep it up!!

Surely you're talking about the ex friday DJ - he was an arrogant, rude and amateurish person.
I have never ever seen Chris the Saturday DJ be rude to anyone. In fact I don't think he could be nasty if he tried.
As for saying he only plays what he likes that's a lie as well as me and my friends are always asking him for some really crazy music and believe me, even tho I can see him cringe sometimes he still plays them.
Trust me - this is a great place and Chris is one of the best DJ's i've ever heard.
