| Unremarkable? Grey Wolf, you have remarked TWICE on the Hare and Hounds so obviously not... The total lack of imagination in your second post shows why you experienced a 'slow death from visual boredom'. I have recently visited the Hare and Hounds and found it to be a lovely country pub. The atmosphere was friendly, as were all the staff. The food was lovely pub food and the prices reasonable. Lothersdale is a beautiful village and well worth a visit. | Pleasant. Bland. Unremarkable. And this despite having just become a free house. Still exactly the same as countless other featureless pubs across England and Wales. Don't expect to return.
