| Message to BITE site admin. Please could you find the time to remove from the facilities listing, that The Hope has Sky TV. | The Hope - Visited for the first time the other day. Good selection of well kept beers, good atmosphere, friendly, good food. Other things it's got going for it - NO SKY TV (despite that this sites says it has), no loud music. Will most definitely return to sample some more fine ales. | This pub just gets better every time I go in. Pub grub is traditional, none of this 'trio of wossnames in a bed of bladeyblah' and plates are huge. Beer is always superb, with a nice range of dark and brown beers, some exotic lagers, and farmhouse cider.
