please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.

New management, enormous improvements and smokers are well catered for. Visitors, well worth the short detour. Well worth 8/10

this pub has only been open 4 years and in that time it has seen 14 managers some good some not so good but despite all this the staff seem to stay loyal and are always more than happy to serve you. the bar area does on occasion get a bit loud and rowdy but what can you expect it is a pub. the managers at the present time are dave and nicky and are promoting family values and encourage families with children, dogs are more than welcome.

We've only been here a couple of times, nice place with a huge conservatory as a dining area, good outside area with a fish pond and a good pint but....a bit of foul language in the bar area ! I tend to agree with forresearchreasonsonly below (20 Aug 06)

Another good development by the Chapman group. Chris has injected so much life into the old town over the years he should be given the freedom of Worthing. This is a really nice pub but>>>>
This part of town is inhabited by thousands of fantastic, honest working class people looking out for each other and getting on with life. And about 20 families transported from London mostly but some from Brighton during scum clearance programs that make this part of Worthing a living hell if you happen to even pass through here . So beware, you have been warned. Some streets around here are no go areas.
