I lived next door to this pub for a year, put simply I don't think the place has a single redeemable feature. Basically, if you're not put of by the putrid green paint job, as soon as you walk in the door it is apparent both the staff and the regulars don't want you in there. By far the worst pub in hanover, and I've been in them all.

I was advised not to go in here, in fact a local guy told me that he wont go in even though he knows most of the people in there. I had to have a look for myself. I visited early on a weekday evening. I dont think the barman intended to serve me at first, but he eventually did without saying a word. The rest of the locals were loud, drunk and shirtless. I just had the one and will not return again. However I did pick up some decent hookey DVDs from the Chinese lady while in there.

But if you're after knock off gear.. this is the place.
Bent as a nine bob note.

A warm welcome is highly unlikely.
