I am a straight woman, this pub is gay, yet it is very friendly, great bar staff and the landlord is brilliant. The atmosphere is wonderful. I go to this pub when in brighton, you are sure to have a great time, whether you are straight or gay. Something is always going on in this pub, ie: Drag queens, caberet, competitions, music, DJ etc. I think its the best pub in Brighton.

I have been to lots of pubs in Brighton and this has to be one of the best. The atmosphere is fantastic in the evenings, Drag shows fun DJS and really friendly staff. Although its gay owned and run every one gets a warm welcome and the landlord Andy is one of the friendlist guys i have ever met. I just found out he has run the Queens Arms for 17years. I am sure that must be some sort of record

Rude staff, bad quality beers and lagers. Very expensive. Typical gay bar - because it has a Sunday afternoon "following" the owners assume that gays will put up with anything. I had one sip of my beer and left. Local gay pub for LOCAL gay people. Visitors beware!

Classic Kemptown gay bar. Allways busy when I walk past and has that pub smell about it but, as it's gay, I will never know what it's like on the inside.
