| Went in here on Saturday 4/8/07 and found it to be a friendly enought pub. Few regulars in and all seemed very welcoming. Visited because of the Robert Rankin link and was wondering whether anyone in was one of the many colourful charcaters from his books. juliogeordio - 6 Aug 2007 14:21 |
| The crowd at the bar may seem intimidating at first glance but don't be put off as I haven't seen any chavs in my (admittedly) few visits. The food is great value for money and is slightly different from the normal pub food - I had Japanese Pork and it was very tasty. The Green King IPA was pretty decent too! paxo - 15 Nov 2006 21:16 |
