| I drop in occassionally, specially when there's football showing, but you do get sideways looks from the regulars when you go in. Went in with a mate once and before we could take a slurp of beer one of them leaned over with his fists on our table and challenged us to a game of pool - felt like he was sizing us up, not after some new mates. | Birth place of the Chapman group you would think he would come back and rescue it. It has improved over the years and a succession of landlords have sorted the place out quite well.
