| This is a pretty small boozer serving up Greene King IPA, Abbot Ale, Stella, Fosters etc. It is just off the main road, but I think easily seen unlike The Brewery Tap. Barman was friendly enough and no complaints with my pint. The Garden is fairly small and decked out with lots of potted plants and a few strategically placed watering cans. Pleasant enough, but I’m not sure about the empty champagne bottles in all of the ashtrays, is there a reason for it that I’m missing? Not a bad pub, like most in Brentford. | Visited this little place, while in the area on a trainng course. It was a Thursday night & we were very pleasantly surprised. Good beer, friendly landlord (Graham) & the food was excellent. | Great little pub if slightly hidden a way. Dartboard always a plus. Bar staff were very pleasant. Food looked and smelled good although I didn't actually sample any of it. Good atmosphere during the rugby. Thoroughly recommended. anonymous - 15 Feb 2007 15:05 |
