| My best friend had her wedding reception here and I wouldn't rate it. Although the landlord was friendly enough on arrival, the leftover food was promised to be put to one side for pick up the next day but most of it was taken through for the regulars. The DJ was almost invisible and ignorant not introducing himself until we approached him -spending more time instead serving drinks in the main bar and actually leaving the premises for more than an hour leaving the system unattended except for a girl who hardly knew what she wasn't doing and popped in now and again. The advert states 'free room' but it's really £75 for the room, food and DJ. Although the room was nice and the food okay-I would have asked for a reduced fee for the service and DJ.
