| From Tonight's Bolton News. A PUB that became a magnet for underage drinkers after being flagged up on Facebook has been banned from trading and shut for three months. Young people, many still at school, flocked to the Queens Head in Lee Lane, Horwich, after word spread on the social networking site that staff would serve them with alcohol. A licensing hearing at Bolton Town Hall was told that the pub’s popularity with teen binge-drinkers caused months of misery for residents. They saw young drunks urinating and vomiting in their gardens, vandalising property and brawling outside their homes. A police raid sparked by the trouble revealed traces of cocaine in the women’s toilets and staff selling alcohol to under-18s.
