Thats good news. I will be in one day this week. But why open at 4pm? Whats wrong with 11am-11pm? anonymous - 3 Feb 2007 01:32
Now under new management by very experienced licensees who came back from Spain to run. Tenants Dave and Liz open the pub at the stated hours and welcome customers old and new.It will be run as a community pub for the community. the1landlord_ - 28 Jan 2007 11:37
Yes i agree with the last 2 comments. I tried to visit this pub at 1pm on Sunday, 3.30pm on Monday and 5.30pm on Tuesday. They were closed every time. How can you run a pub like that? I won't try again. anonymous - 18 Jan 2007 10:02
Another pub that seems to open when they feel like it. If a pub is not open at 1.40pm i wouldn't bother going back. anonymous - 30 Sep 2006 23:12
Very smart little pub with some good real ales, the Blacksheep sampled was excellent. The Friday night karaoke seemed to be attracting a yob element and one drunkard dropped his pint on the floor while we were there while another sang a tune littered with expletives. It would be better if they dropped the "entertainment" and concentrated on attracting couples and real ale drinkers which it could easly do. boltonbloke - 12 Aug 2006 19:38
