| Hurrah - Jacksons has reopened for business. No tried it yet. Comfy sofas and chairs now tho, so a softer edge than before. sparky747 - 11 Aug 2005 17:32 |
| It's been closed down for a few months now. Unfortunately, it seems that the owner died :-( Considering the adverts on TV, NatWest may consider buying it and turning it back into a bank (It still looks like a NatWest from outside). The previous manager and staff (very nice people) now seem to be based in Kew (see Lammas dot com for more details). I must admit, appearances are deceptive and I found the people there to be very friendly and welcoming. Although no real ales were available on tap, they had an extremely large wine/foreign lager list. anthony2 - 5 Nov 2004 13:54 |
