in reply to greenwich bee-stinger it was the day before the pub closed for good...therefore the staff were probably not that cheerful. the pub is now closed for good thankyou to all staff and customers jimmyjambo junior - 19 Oct 2004 11:06
Bit of a scummers pub. Rude staff who are over familiar at times, (alright, Bitch!)Bit of a blokey/pint drinking girls pub. You are better off going to.....well, anywhere! Greenwich Bee-stinger - 11 Oct 2004 00:30
It is closing Mid October 2004 to be refubished as a new screen for the new cinema. Sad to see it go. GreenWitch - 21 Sep 2004 11:53
Sunday afternoons are wicked. Good pool table (although a little overpriced)and no idiots hanging about. The menu is cheaper than just about everywhere else but the quality is excellent. No jukebox but the music is always good. No Sky (boo!) but the locals were watching a video game on the big screen (weird). Bar staff friendly and helpful. Recommended. Sam - 21 Apr 2004 11:46
No Sky sports cus they can't afford the 400 quid a month! Rip off pool table £1.30 a game!!! Never anyone in there. Bar staff don't have the courtesy to smile and more often than not have to come from the punters side of the bar to serve you! Wazack - 5 Apr 2004 15:43
