| Wandered in to see United-Arsenal game. Atmosphere no worse than usual for this Londoner in voluntary Lancashire exile. Was pleasantly surprised to find a decent - if slightly too cold - pint of Bombardier for £2. | Chilled and relaxed during the day, has a good but still cheap menu of homemade pub lunches. Gets busy at night, particularly after throwing-out time at nearby pubs. Used to be Joshua Brooks (still carries the sign outside) until it changed to Sofa Central. pwaring - 23 May 2005 12:09 |
