The Weymouth Arms is not a "drinkers" pub. It is a restaurant and hotel which has a small bar that serves excellent beer. There are four hand pumps and the current selection is a couple from Butcombe (Best and Mendip Spring). There are sometimes more beers on tap. Both beers on offer were absolutely spot on. In addition to this, good quality lagers and ciders were on keg, as well as a comprehensive wine list. The welcome is warm and genuine. The food is nothing short of excellent. If you are after a great, fairly quiet place to eat followed by a couple of well kept beers, the Weymouth should not be missed. Ten out of ten.

Don't remember there being a lot of choice at the small bar, but the food is great. Pub looks good inside and out, but there ain't a lot of parking if you're in a car. Recommended.

May i say what lovely food, and great hospitality we received while at the weymouth arms.
The new owners of this pub, are friendly, and make your stay with them out standing.
There food is of high standers and wonderfully well presented. (WHAT MORE CAN ANY ONE WISH FOR)
May i say well done we will be back and may i say that your home made fudge is worth dying for 10 out of ten
All the best for the future

Myself family and friends visit this pub often, it is the best we have found in this area, the food is always great weather at lunch time or dinner, we always leave feeling we have eaten to much, the atmosphere and feel of this charming old world pub is just right with lovely open fire to warm by, the new renovation has been done to a very high standard it feels so homely, yes the staff are charming and so accommodating, always a smile and very polite they can not do enough to make the experience of dinning or staying at this pub special, it is well worth tacking time out to visit, the food is so good and you made us so welcome it is a certainty we will return, we wish you all at the Weymouth Arms a long and prosperous future at the pub, keep up the good work

And again on Sunday 4th July, also as part of a Lunch table of 16. If I were to be hyper-critical there were couple of small culinary slips this time, but over all still great, good value and highly recommended !
