| loved the pub, went in with a friend and had a shared platter very nice. Lovely young man came and asked if my meal was fine. Felt very comfortable. Then returned alone one afternoon laiden with bags felt totally comfortable served by a nice young lady, and felt very welcome by all the young staff, made me feel my age which is very old. The only fault was how busy it was, but still managed to get a seat. have not tried the toilets but shall next time and report back!! Sheilalilly - 23 Sep 2010 19:54 |

| Went in here for a lunchtime drink. Peaceful sort of pub with a very nice atmosphere and very clean. Had an excellent pint of Ruddles best. Didn't try the grub but from what I saw that too seemed OK. Will definately go in here again. Hope they don't put in a jukebox as it will ruin the place. paulbeckett - 25 Sep 2009 22:19 |
